As Manager, Mike is an active and hands-on leader who is responsible for developing strong and cooperative workings relationships. He will use his 30+ years of construction experience to provide oversight and management of KBENY.

As Project Executive, Bruno provides hands-on management to all KBENY projects, drawing on his 35 years of experience. Bruno offers his extensive knowledge of the NYC construction market and regulatory environment, as well as his experience managing numbers mid- to large-scale projects throughout the city.

William Telesca, P.E.

William Telesca, P.E.

Procurement Manager

As Procurement Manager, Will manages preconstruction and estimating activities for all projects, including subcontractor solicitation, bid package preparation, and project purchasing. Will brings more than 25 years of commercial construction experience in metropolitan New York to the KBENY team. Through the years, has has worked as a chief estimator, project manager, and superintendent on major types of construction.

Business Development

Allan earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and was previously in private practice, specializing in construction and surety law before leaving the practice to focus his career on business development. At KBENY, Allan will be instrumental in establishing KBENY as a leader in the NYC construction marketplace.

Robert G. Dunn, Esq.

Legal

Bob holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. At KBENY, Bob proactively oversees contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute avoidance efforts to strengthen relationships among KBENY‘s clients and vendors, and to ensure the success of the company’s projects. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Architectural Engineering Institute.

As VP of Human Resources, Andrea directs all aspects of organizational development at KBENY. She earned a Bachelor‘s in Education from Arcadia University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford in 2005.

Timothy M. O’Brian

Financial

As Chief Financial Officer, Tim is responsible for all aspects of KBENY’s long-term growth. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in business and financial management roles in the construction industry. He received his BS in business administration from Bryant College. Actively involved in several industry associations, Tim was a National Board Member for Associated Builders and Contractors (2015-2016) and is currently a Board Member for the Construction Financial Management Association.

Jonelle Lawhorn

Marketing

Jonelle is responsible for the strategic preparation of KBENY‘s project proposals and for creating an integrated, multi-channel plan that builds on the company’s brand identity and reputation. She has more than 30 years of experience in marketing communications for the AEC industry, as well as a background in journalism.

With more than 30 years‘ experience in the construction industry, Charlie utilizes his wide breadth of knowledge about mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on all of KBENY’s projects. He is currently an executive committee member and Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Construction Education Center.

Safety

Adam ensures that KBENY’s safety program, at a minimum, complies with industry safety standards, regulations, and Federal/State/NYC laws throughout the company and all project locations. He also ensures that the safety program is enforced, including safety program development, personnel training, and performing project audits.
